Before you get started, please read this information.

Welcome to Prescreening

Answering a few short questions will let you know if your household might be eligible for Medical Assistance benefits. Complete the questions based on your current household information.
You will need to be as accurate as possible, however estimates are allowed.

After you submit your answers, you will see if your household is potentially eligible for the Medical Assistance program. This program provides medical coverage that may help pay medical bills and prescription costs.

Please remember this is a basic screening process and is not an application for benefits.
If the results show that your household may be eligible, an application must be submitted and an official eligibility decision made.
If the results show that your household may not be eligible, you may still submit an application for an official decision about your eligibility.
